  • Issuing a full refund if rescheduling or credit is not acceptable to the student.

2.2 Significant Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or participating in a live class, and these issues are caused by YourTutor365’s platform or services, you may be eligible for a refund or class credit. To qualify, you must:

2.3 Exceptional Circumstances

The decision to issue a refund under exceptional circumstances is at the sole discretion of YourTutor365.
